Shipping Information

 

Shipping Policy

·         Orders placed Monday through Thursday typically ship with in 48 hours.  

·         Most orders placed Friday, Saturday, Sunday & holidays ship the next business day (Monday). Though we process your orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, our carriers pick up packages Monday through Friday only.

·         Although delivery times are generally accurate, they are estimates only. Adoring Pet Supplies has no control of shipping time once the package has been turned over to the carrier.

·         If your order contains any backordered products, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available.

·         Please remember that shipping costs not only reflect the price the Shipping Companies charge us, but also the price for all the packing materials used. Certain merchandise requires more interior packing than other merchandise, such as breakable goods. Our Shipping Companies require we package our merchandise per their specifications.

·         Please note that many of our items are shipped from several sources; thus your items may be

shipped separately from each other, even on the same order. Due to orders being fulfilled from

different warehouses, items may be shipped by FedEx, UPS, USPS and other services for

delivery of your items.

·         Items of weight require an additional shipping charge

 

Order Cancellations

We strive to process your order as quickly as possible in order to get it to you in a very timely manner. If you decide you must cancel your order, please do so by calling our returns department at (239)398-2498

Monday – Friday 8am -5pm Eastern time within 4 business hours of order placement. If you are calling after hours please leave a message as a customer service representative will return your call.

 

IMPORTANT: When you call to cancel your order, please be sure to get a Cancellation number from the customer service representative for confirmation of your cancellation.  All cancelled orders must be assigned a cancellation number.

No emailed cancellations can be accepted.

Once the order has shipped, it becomes our customer's responsibility if you wish to return it.

Refused Orders

Should you decide that you wish to refuse receipt of an item when delivered by UPS, USPS, FedEx or common carrier and legitimately ordered from us, credit will be issued for the item only minus a 15% restocking fee.

 

Incorrect or Damaged Order

In the unlikely event that there is a discrepancy with your order, such as an incorrect or damaged item, please call our returns department at (239)398-2498 within 14 calendar days. Unfortunately, we may be unable to correct any issues outside of that time frame.

 

*Adoring Pet Supplies is not responsible for defective items. In the rare event a customer receives a defective item they are to contact the manufacturer for warranty information. Manufacturer contact information should be included with the item ordered.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Returns

Our goal is the complete satisfaction of each and every one of our customers. We hope that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchase. However if the rare situation occurs where you are not, then we want to invite you to return your item to us. Please review the return policy below.

 

Returns need to be requested within 14 days of invoice date. Initial and return shipping charges, are not refundable.  

 

            Return Policy Exceptions

                   Products that have been personalized in any way cannot be returned.

                   Returns are not accepted on expired merchandise.

                   Returns are not accepted on open food or treats

                   Supplements must be un-opened to return to Adoring Pet Supplies

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without receiving prior return authorization.

Merchandise must be in a new re-sellable condition, in the original unopened packaging.

 

Items used or damaged will not be issued any credit.

 

If the item returned is NOT free of pet hair, debris and/or odor, your refund will be 50% less than the original charge to you or no refund at all.

Please allow 10 days for your return to be inspected and for accounting to issue your credit.

You are responsible for return shipping to us. For your security, please send items through a traceable postage carrier and retain your receipt. Adoring Pet Supplies  is not responsible for returned items that are damaged or lost in transit.

Please Note - the initial cost of shipping from Adoring Pet Supplies will be deducted.
